    MILWAUKEE — Midwest Airlines is offering sale fares for travel Dec. 15, 2009
    through Feb. 10, 2010. Purchase Tuesday, Dec. 1 through midnight,
    Central time, Friday, Dec. 4 and at least 14 days in advance of travel.

    Sale fares are available to and from the airlines hubs in Milwaukee and
    Kansas City, with easy connections to cities throughout the United
    States. Included in the sale is travel on Midwests newest nonstop
    routes: Milwaukee-Ft. Lauderdale, Kansas City-Ft. Myers, Omaha-Orlando
    and Omaha-Tampa.

    Travel at these fares is valid Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday; slightly
    higher fares apply to travel on other days. A minimum three-night stay

    Sale fares are also available for an additional $5 each way for travel
    to/from Appleton, Green Bay and Madison or $10 each way for travel
    to/from Des Moines, Flint, Grand Rapids and Minneapolis/St. Paul via
    Milwaukee.

    Terms and Conditions: Fares are based on roundtrip purchase.
    Tickets must be purchased at least 14 days in advance and by midnight,
    Central time, December 4, 2009 for travel December 15, 2009 through
    February 10, 2010. Travel at these fares is not permitted December 18,
    2009 through January 3, 2010. Travel at these fares is valid on Tuesday,
    Wednesday and Saturday; slightly higher fares apply for travel on other
    days. A minimum three-night stay may be required. Seats are limited and
    may not be available when you purchase. Tickets are nonrefundable.
    Voluntary reservation changes incur a $100 service charge, as well as a
    possible fare increase to a non-promotional fare type. Fares shown

    A $25 fee per ticket will be assessed for tickets purchased through the
    Midwest Airlines Reservations Contact Center, Midwest Airlines ticket
    counters or the Best Care Club. Fares do not include $3-18 per passenger
    airport fee required at some airports, $3.60 per segment fee per
    passenger, and the September 11th Security Fee of $5-10 per passenger.
    A $20 fee will be charged each way for the first piece of checked
    baggage and a $30 fee will be charged each way for the second piece of
    checked baggage. Some flights operated by Republic Airlines, Chautauqua
    Airlines or SkyWest Airlines, d/b/a Midwest Connect, or Frontier
    Airlines. Other conditions apply.
